Important Changes to the Industry Ticket Stock Contract (Travel Agents)

Important Changes to the Industry Ticket Stock Contract (Travel Agents)

Magnadata, the primary supplier of ticket stock, has been purchased by BemroseBooth Paragon (BBP).

RSP/ATOC has agreed that its current contract with Magnadata will be transferred to BBP within the next few days on amended terms.

Production of tickets at both Boston and Hull and will continue without interruption. However there are important internal process changes which have to be made in relation to the ordering of tickets. Below is the new process which needs to be implemented with immediate effect. Apologies for the inconvenience some of these changes will cause.

PLEASE ENSURE THIS INFORMATION IS PASSED TO ALL RELEVANT STAFF RESPONSIBLE FOR TICKET ORDERING WITHOUT DELAY.

Action plan for Travel Agents

1. Any unfulfilled orders or outstanding balance (split orders) placed with Magnadata will not be honoured and these orders must be re-raised with BBP. Any scheduled deliveries from Magnadata will not happen but BBP are on hand to address any critical situations once they are made aware.

2. If orders have been raised in MAGSTOCK, they need to be raised as new orders in the BBP ordering system – TOCSTOCK. The web address for this is
www.tocstock.com.

Please contact BBP (details below) to arrange access to TOCSTOCK although it is likely that your details from the previous contract will still work if you can remember them.

3. All contact now needs to be directed to BBP. In order to raise orders with BBP or if you have any questions on the ordering process please contact:
